About: Celia is a 9-year-old spayed female mix with a story of incredible resilience. As a young dog, she was tethered to a truck and fell out, suffering severe drag wounds and losing several toes in the process. After months of hospitalization, feeding tube support, and daily bandage changes, this incredible girl made a full recovery. She is completely house trained.

Through absolutely no fault of her own, Celia recently found herself looking for a new family when her previous family could no longer care for her. Despite everything she’s been through, she has so much love to give and is wonderful with small animals, cats, other dogs, and children.
