Elsa came from a shelter in Boaz, AL. Her and her siblings were abandoned outside the shelter. Elsa had rickett’s (which has since healed) and is very underweight. Despite her rough start, she is incredibly sweet and great with kids, other foster puppies and everyone she meets. She will thrive in any puppy friendly environment.
